Are you a new user?
Every user requires an account (i.e. username and password) to access the system.
RT2007
requires that you submit your PROFILE DATA when an account is created.
Profile data is basically first and middle names, family name,
e-mail address, affiliation and other related information.
Your profile may exist if you are a coauthor on an existing contribution.
